We continuously search for better quality ingredients and, where possible, make everything from scratch. We cook our own caramels. Only use fresh cream. And, of course, real cream cheese in our famous Red Velvet. We use fine local chocolates for our wonderfully flavoured Mousses, imported cocoa for our sinfully rich Death by Chocolate. We crown our Carrot Cake with delicious cream cheese icing and use real fruit in our premium Cheesecakes. We test recipes over and over again until the results match our expectations, and your tastebuds.

From small beginnings, Brenell Quality Desserts has grown steadily and in 2011 we relocated our dessert manufacturing to Mkondeni Industial Park in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Our quality control staff monitor production from start to finish, and our premises are designed with food safety, health & hygiene in mind.
